beautiful mommies and mommies-to-be
strut their stuff down the runway on

short presentation and open discussion
on baby’s first week! Our next class is

Could you imagine being pregnant with
nowhere to turn? Fortunately for
Charlotte, many girls and women are
saved from having to endure this on
their own! Join us to help raise funds
for Florence Crittenden Services here in
Charlotte. This wonderful organization
provides residential care in a safe and
healthy environment for pregnant girls
and women, adolescent mothers in foster
care, and non-pregnant, at-risk foster
care adolescents. Please visit belly
elan to view a wish list of items they
need to keep the center running on a
daily basis. You may also drop off your
donations of gently used maternity
clothing at belly elan for the women
living at the shelter!

- belly elan wants to help celebrate your pregnancy
by offering weekly prenatal classes designed to address
common discomforts associated with pregnancy.
- Mondays & Thursday 6:15 pm to 7:15
pm. Saturdays 9:00
am to 10:00 am.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to
class for registration
- Location: belly elan
maternity boutique

The classes will speak to a variety of information
ranging from: |
 |
- Breathing techniques (pranayama) that are
effective during labor and delivery
- Yoga postures (asanas) that help with the
different stages of pregnancy geared toward
strengthening and stretching the lower back and
pelvic floor muscles, opening in the sacrum and hips
areas and restoring overall harmony in the body
- Relaxation techniques that have been proven
effective for the physical and emotional stressors
of pregnancy
- Classes are taught by Certified Prenatal Instructors
Joan Wolfe and Susie Farnick
- The cost of each class is $10 (payable by cash or
check). Space is limited, so please register early.
